We are pet-friendly at Clarion Crossing. We allow up to 2 pets in the home. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $500 for two pets. The monthly pet rent is $35/month for one pet and $50/month for two pets. All pets must be approved by management; PRG reserves the right to approve or deny pet applications.

At Clarion Crossing, we offer our residents a convenient online resident portal to make it easy to submit a maintenance request online. Please provide as much detail as possible. You can also contact the property manager.

Maintenance requests are prioritized based on urgency and when they were entered through the on-line portal or by contacting the property manager.
